GKHS is a Hotel Owner Advisory and Research Firm which is aimed at assisting its Clients in making informed investment and partnership decisions. The firm was launched in April 2015 with two primary services being – 1) Hotel Feasibility Study, and 2) Hotel Brand Search and Contract Negotiation. Over time, three additional service verticals were added to core offerings – 1) Hotel Asset Management, 2) Kitchen and BOH Area Planning, and 3) Technical Services Consulting. By the end of 2016-17 the firm had successfully served over 26 Clients across the Country. Some of the brands with whom GKHS has successfully closed management contracts or Market Research are – Accor Group, Lemon Tree Premiere, Fern Residency, Fairfield by Marriott, Tivoli Garden, Keys Prima, Citrus Hotels, Holiday Inn, etc.

GKHS has also conducted Feasibility Study Assignments for Business Hotels, Leisure Resorts, Wellness Retreats, Wedding Resorts, Mixed-use Development, etc in Cities like – Pune, Mumbai, Alwar, Bareilly, Baroda, Dehradun, Pachmarhi, Mahabalipuram, Bhiwadi, Vizag, etc.

Committed to its continued growth, GKHS has tie-up with an international partner to open its first International Office in London towards the 2nd quarter of 2018. The UK office of GKHS shall be headed by a seasoned Hotelier, Chef and a Qualified MBA having amalgamation of food, numbers, and management skills at his disposure. The UK office shall also add food production, menu engineering, and kitchen planning as additional vertical apart from the current core services.

GKHS has been active contributor and participant in various hospitality conferences and seminars. Following its ‘Hotel Owner Awareness Program’, the firm has published several articles in top hospitality magazines focused on hotel development, investment, branding, and asset management. GKHS is in process of setting up another office in London, which is expected to start its services by December 2017.
