Ben is a rare blend of Food and Finance, he is an International Master Chef and an MBA Graduate from HULT International Business School London with high rankings. In addition, Ben has also studied Executive Program on Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, India.
He has over 14 years of International experience in Kitchen Planning and Operations in several Iconic 5 Star Hotels and Michelin-Star Fine Dining Restaurants in the UK and Middle-East. Ben has been directly trained under World-renowned Michelin-Star Chef Gordon Ramsay and Chef Garry Hollihead during his 6 years stint at 4 different Michelin-Star Restaurants at London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Being trained by the best and having exposure to Crème de la Crème of Food Production and Planning, his core strength lies in creating novel and financially viable F&B concepts, and turning around any existing kitchen operations into dynamic and out of the box Global Level.
On personal side, Ben is an eminent sportsperson and enjoys jogging and yoga. He is a professional Table Tennis Player with 3 times participation in National Ping-Pong Tournaments and has primary rankings at ‘London National League Table Tennis Association’. He also possesses keen interest in High-end Sports Cars.
